    Ngai Fung was established in 1983 to meet the needs of the growth of the industrial market in Hong Kong. The company has been involved in producing metal ware including electronic switches, mini parts for motors and metal parts for switches. In addition, the company provides services for designing mould, fabrication, processing and fixture. The mission statement of Ngai Fung is providing a most satisfactory and high quality service for each customer; therefore she has been making a great effort on training and development of the employees, improving the management system by learning from the competitors and upgrading the quality of the products by new technology and technique. After all the great effort for years, Ngai Fung managed to qualify for the international certificate, ISO9001 of 2000 on August 2001. This certification became the strongest evidence of the effort for years of Ngai Fung and it could certainly help her to gain a greater faith from the current customers. Hence, we also gained ISO: 14000 during 2009. Based on the reputation of Ngai Fung, she started to develop into the international market via the commendation of some current customers; therefore some international company started to custom Ngai Fung after the strong recommendation from the customers of Ngai Fung and this lead her expands into the European market. During these few years, the major customers of Ngai Fung are all over the Asia and Europe such as Japan, Hong Kong, Hungary, Belgium, Denmark, Taiwan and Korea.
